These guys are awesome, our company has just 1 cart, but it goes through a lot, 3 1/2 acre dusty lot and used for hauling heavy things. Well after my employees take it to within an inch of it's life, these guys, or should l say GURU'S, take her in and revive her to peak performance. Charged double than others I called to follow-up on their estimates and didn't wire gauges as requested and required. Their first estimate was four (4) times the cost and work scope as required until I questioned them. I was charged $450 for a used battery and some battery wires. DON'T USE THEM. FOLLOW-UP: Owner just spent 20 minutes writing a reply when he could have called to resolve this issue. Owner removed three (3) words from the second estimate to save time and effort. They close at 3:30, I arrive at 2:55 to find them locking the gate and getting in the car, I tell them I want a battery and they say come back tomorrow. When asked about the 3:30 closing time, they say sometimes we have to close so you'll have to come back. Guess what? I won't be coming back and based on the reviews of this place it doesn't look like many other people will either! Most business people would gladly reopen their gate if they have a paying customer waiting outside, not these people!

They force you to use only visa credit cards, will say your card is denied when in fact it is not. Will not follow up with email inquires in a timely fashion and will say they never received them when is convenient for them. Demand 50% down payment of golf cart orders, and then will take 2 months to put cart together. Field repair techs the contract out are good, but the office run poorly, lack of business enthusiasm and not adjusted to modern times.
