Says they offer refunds, so I got a controller when it arrived it wasn’t correct so I never even installed it. I reached out for a refund and was more then happy to ship it back but instead got a crazy runaround and told to take to super73, well I didn’t buy it from super73 I bought it from you.

Very disappointed, customer service and communication between staff needs a lot of work. We contacted the shop looking for a new eBike for my son, they said the one we wanted was in stock, I told them we are an hour away and we are on our way to pick up the eBike. When we got there the employees couldn't find the bike, I told them we just spoke to someone an hour ago and they said you had one in stock.
