I was recommended to Electric Strawberry and so glad I was! I was able to secure an appointment. Website was easy to navigate! Very cute shop! Love the decore! Welcoming and chill atmosphere. No pressure to spend which is lovely! I only interacted with the front desk staff and my piercer but both were absolutely wonderful! Jo. S. did my piercings and they had a great bedside manner! Very very kind and walked through each step before it was done. I didn't get the front desk person's name but they too were wonderful! Super tho... read more
I've had nothing but awesome piercing services at this place. Highly recommended and no its not an A.I. review.
Won't return as I felt they didn't respect my time. I was early for my scheduled appointment so I completed the paperwork and jewelry picking. Nearly 10 minutes after I arrived a walk in came in and was called back a couple minutes after my appointment time...I finally was called back nearly 20 minutes after my scheduled time and it was the same piercer the walk in had. Catering to a walk in versus someone who had booked an appointment is wicked work and evident customer service isn't important to them.
Had a great experience here! Very professional and very affordable. Definitely book in advance if you come on the weekend.
Went in for an apprentice piercing with Rem guided by Jessy! I've been coming here for years and Rem has always been awesome when checking me in so I was super excited to be able to get in for a piercing with them while they're learning! Clean, professional, and great vibes
