I got a new fuse box installed and the job seemed easy so I was surprised when two people showed up. One of the younger guys did nothing to the point that I thought there was a family relation (son,nephew, ect) I got a bill for the second employee/nephew and they want me to pay 345. None of the work done in anyway reflects my bill. The priority doesn’t seem to be customer service, but rather making profit in anyway possible.
AVOID!!! Was billed almost triple the quote. My bill showed 5 hours worked... The workers where doing the job for a little over an hour, left my house for more then two hours then came back and finished in just under an hour... I was billed for 5 total hours when my entire job was done in under 2 hour 20 minutes. The hardest thing the worker did was stand on a three foot ladder well attaching the wire to my electrical box... Called and talked to someone right away. Had a dishwasher delivered that I need power cord hooked up to. They were able to come over right away and save me from having to do my dishes by hand that night haha. Got the job done in 10 min.The bill was decent was very pleased with their fast and great service. Thanks a bunch for your help!
Very friendly and was able to come quickly. Very impressed with them and have had back a few times for different jobs.
