A pleasure to deal with E-Scooter Warehouse in all aspects. Staff are customer friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and non-pressured in interaction. Looking forward to new premises and will certainly return to the A1 service provided.
Owen is hands down the man! He fixed our bike in minutes. Such a polite and accommodating guy. He really knows his stuff. Wouldn’t hesitate to come here again from over 30 minutes away just to have his level of service. The receptionist was a bit rude, clueless but you can’t win them all. Owen more then made up for it. Thankfully today I left with a fully fixed bike. Thanks so much Owen. We really owe you !
A big shout out to the boys at bike scooter city/electric scooter warehouse.. crashed my scooter and the boys (Owen) was very accommodating to my needs, fixed my scooter and got me in the road again, as I use it every day 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Very good quality and excellent service from the staff.
Excellent customer service. Finally a e-scooter store where you are served by seriously onto-it people that take buyers seriously and help you make a good choice. This experience was positive and we walked away with two new e-scooters to enjoy. Thank you for making this easy - the only store in Brisbane where they took middle-age city living people seriously!
