Didn’t even get 30k’s on it before the wires just burnt itself and the hub motor just stopped working got it professionally looked at and the controller had fried itself as well as the hub motor mum spent months saving money so she could buy me a e bike because my last one broke but we couldn’t afford to get a new one and now it’s ruined a lot
I was trying to get my throttle rewired and he said cant be bothered and he said hes got other things to do
Owner was rude and costumer service was very slow i was trying my hub core and he was rude and saying no
