I just picked my scooter up so far so good 👍. The only problem i have is the time it took and the fact the company sent me the part and I was told the part didn't fit?
My initial purchase was the HiBoy Max Pro... They let me leave with a half working battery and the charge port rubber guard was missing as well....they sold that to me!!.. I had to bring it back the next day and they gave me a brand new one. THEN, I decided to change the tires.... They had an inexperienced tech work on it and went an hour & a half past the time I spent waiting... wanted to send me home empty handed but I talked them in to getting a loaner. Great service, friendly staff!
I have been getting such great service from here for so long they are always quick to help and usually have an expedite fee if you are in more of a rush. I’ve never had any issues here and they always are down to help and be honest about what’s going on I will always come back here because they are so trustworthy can’t thank them enough
