Great team and service, and extremely pleased with how my bike rides post tune-up and fixing the recommended parts!
It is surprisingly difficult to find an overnight electric bike rental in the city (especially for a reasonable price), so I was elated to find EM and had a great experience renting for my first multi-day group bike ride with Out Our Front Door to Indiana Dunes (110 mi RT). I love this repair shop. They gave me a wonderful tune-up on my rad power last October. They put together my kingable e-bike. My only thing is they need to open up an electric bike shop in Hyde Park Chicago. Many e-bike riders there!
Kind, Knowledgeable, thoughtful. Purchased online, The scooter was assembled and ready to go with a bag when I arrived, right on time as they said! They showed me all the features of my scooter and made sure I was ready to go. 10/10. Definitely recommend for all your electric vehicle needs.
