Great buying, and maintenance experience here with anything electric. Knowledgeable staff and great product selection.
At this point I know pretty much everyone who works at Electric Movement and they’re all amazing. I don’t trust anyone else to help with my electric bike. I’m actually here fairly frequently for the monthly e-bike ride they run out of their shop. Such great place to buy a bike, have work done, and then meet/ride with cool people!
I had a great experience renting an e-bike from Electric Movement while visiting Chicago. It was easy to make a reservation and the e-bike worked perfectly. The shop’s owner, Paul, and staff were super friendly and helpful getting me set up and giving me recommendations for my ride. Would recommend!
DO NOT GO HERE !!! Worst experience I have ever had. After initial 3 weeks wait they forgot to fix it and had to do it last minute at home. When I arrived home found the scooter was no longer working. I then went back, and you will not believe it, but they LOST MY SCOOTER! The worst part is they take ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. Their lead engineer is rude, there was no apology, there was no support. They simply deny that they damaged the scooter in first place. Excellent shop with lots of options! Prices are very reasonable if you need to rent a scooter they’re close to the lake and they repair your scooters too!
