Horrible company If you ready the good reviews they all from long time ago/years ago. Do not use this company, never call back, very rude receptionist, and don't know what they are doing. Stay away from this company.
Unprofessional and not worth calling Pantera should be embarrassed to have this company affiliated with them..... (or maybe Pantera should be embarassed of their own product!) Two of the four new Pantera pumps I ordered....and paid top dollar for .... do not work. After 8 months, these pumps still are not working. My Haywards that I have that are ten years old, are still working . ... my pool guy talked me Into Pantera products (probably because of a rebate program where they get money back ).... Quick and Honest I called at 8 AM when they opened to confirm that they could handle the job. My pool pump motor was not working so I headed down to their shop from Summerlin. They checked it out and replace the capacitor and I was in my car and headed home by 8:45 AM having spent $30.26. I give them a 5 star rating but they deserve 6.
