Great service! They are willing to explain what is wrong with my bad moter and how to wire up new moter. Great price on new moter! And when I went to pay they offered a sweatshirt for free!! How many business owners do that for a new customer? Was pleased with the service they provided.
It's funny how 2 people can have such differing opinions. From the time I went in to their shop 6 months ago up to today they've given me what I consider above and beyond service. I went to them as they are one of the few companies out there that can supply a 240 gallon Air compressor without going to a rotary screw. They walked me through all the parts I would need to fit our shops and actually came out to go through things as I was installing it. Nice people. Good prices.
Poor service from this place for me. May be okay for some customers, but 3 weeks of "we will get to it this week" before I just picked it up and took it to Paynesville. Not even a comment from them when I picked up and told them how disappointing there service had been. I doubt they can spell service.
