Updated 3/7/25: I saw the electrician at the gas station about 3 weeks after his original visit, I asked him if he was going to quote the job (since it had been over two weeks), he said “Yes, I’m sorry for the delay I’ll get you a quote over.” It’s been over 5 weeks since and I haven’t heard anything at all…Terrible customer service. I called and scheduled a quote request for some residential service needed. They did show up for quote appointment. The electrician didn’t take any notes for all of the items I was requesting to be done. He said he’d have a quote over in a day or two but it’s been over two weeks without a response. I had a feeling he didn’t want to be here and do the work also, I was only requesting new outlets and 1 overhead light in bedroom.
He showed up when he said he would. So I gave him the job.
