Avoid these thieves. I returned part of my order after they dragged their feet and ignored me for some time and only after I had to get my bank involved did they respond. I returned the goods and it's been over a month and they have failed to refund me or respond to my multiple emails, and they also can't answer the phone. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I placed an order 14/07/2025 for an electric lock which I paid for by bank transfer at time of order. The item was dispatched to the wrong address not the one I had specified on the invoice and numerous emails. After speaking with Lester I informed him that they were in breach of contract due to delivering to the wrong address and should immediately issue a refund. This took 7 weeks for this company to finally refund our money. Due to there incompetence with the order we lost the work.

Regrettably, I won't be leaving a positive review of my experience with this company. Having been advised by an entry phone specialist to purchase a power supply unit for his return visit, I did so immediately. It was left safely in packaging until the morning of his visit approximately 6 weeks later. Upon opening the plastic packaging and box (which was not sealed), he knew immediately that this was not a new item, had either been used before or returned after some initial interference. The gentleman who manages the business returned my missed call. His advice was priceless. It helped me resolve a lock issue which would have cost many hundreds of pounds. I thoroughly recommend ELS for their sincere help.
