I had a really uncomfortable experience here recently. I was the only customer in the store and ended up dealing with three men behind the counter over an issue with my medical card. My questions about my ID weren’t answered, and the whole situation felt disorganized and intimidating. As a woman shopping alone, I didn’t feel comfortable or safe. Jade is always so friendly and awesome. She knows the deals, and she knows the products very well. I know I’m gonna get great service when I see her and her awesome style. She was training Brooklyn and she was very hands on with introducing the new hire and making sure everyone was taken care of and not ignored. Great environment and great people. I love the real plants decorating the shop too.
Terrible product! Terrible service! I bought two prerolls. One had a clogged filter, so it didn’t light, just burned a little and keep going out. Never got an actual hit. The other one is quite crooked. I returned to the store and they told me no refunds, just a 30% discount on something else. He blamed the manufacturer. You can’t even inspect a preroll to make sure it’s not broken until after you buy it…which then, there’s no return policy. Too shady for me. Luckily Gnome Grown is 3 min away going forward.
Super nice folks and super chill vibe. I have never had to wait for service either. Good selection of indicas typically which seems harder and harder to find these days.
Inspiring service, Jade changed my life today with her kindness :)
