I had a great experience with Amber Fountain at Neon Lux Salon & Spa! She took the time to map out my eyebrows and talked me through the entire process. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before proceeding. I really appreciate the care and attention she put into her work. Alicia is amazing! Talented is an understatement. She can achieve any color or look you ask for—from cuts and styles to colors (vivids and natural shades) and extensions. You bring her your idea, and she will make it happen! Not to mention, she’s literally the easiest person to talk to. On top of that, the salon is gorgeous—inviting, vibrant, and such a great atmosphere. All of the staff are always friendly and welcoming. They deserve more than 5 stars, for sure! +
I would like to commend your wonderful staff who worked Friday August 21st around 1230. I had a medical incident and the staff and customers came over to help me and to call an ambulance. Ashley was awesome! She helped me so much, bless her heart. She was very kind and patient. Thank you everyone for your help. I love my hair Ashley!
