Electric kicks have been wonderful to deal with. Their customer service is very responsive and the bikes we have purchased are really quality bikes that are reasonably priced in comparison to other ebikes. Would highly recommend!

Overall good experience with electric kicks. The shipping is calculated after payment, this I believe should be done prior to checkout as the extra $100 is a bit of a shock. Thankfully they did waive this for me and I was very grateful. The bike also came with a USA style plug instead of AU and Jose sorted that out for me. Good company to deal with.
I bought an Aventon Aventure.2 in February of 2024 and a second one for my partner in June of 2024. I have put over 1100 kms on the bike and we use them for exploring the local beaches and bushland in the midwest of WA. We are mainly riding down beaches, 4wd and single tracks and are taking the bikes places you can't take a 4wd and we absolutely love them.
