Really great experience! Got quotes from multiple places; some that clearly tried to sell us on capacity we didn’t need. Decided on a plan with Matan, Kathy handled all the permitting and work with PGE, and the process went great! Electrical panel upgrade and light installation (1 pendant, 4 recessed) went smoothly and we were kept in the loop and informed for the whole process! Would definitely recommend.
This team did an amazing job. I was able to quickly get a quote for a very reasonable price. They did all of the work to code and it looks nice! They were very professional and courteous. The work was done on time, clean and efficient. I couldn't ask for better!
Going back and forth to schedule an estimate was a hassle, then I was charged twice before they even showed up. It cost me $300 to get the estimate (they claimed it was a service call charge to diagnose my problem, but other electricians came out for free and did the same thing calling it an estimate). I do not recommend Electric Heroes.

This entire experience with the Electric Heroes team was a pleasure. From working with Robert on the assessment and estimate, to working with the office team on scheduling and questions, to the onsite team performing the work, everyone was professional and friendly. We are very happy and I highly recommend Electric Heroes.
