We had to get a new water heater (our original Hubbell was almost 20 yrs old) and the installers from Hubbell were great. They came out an hour earlier than expected, were so efficient, and pleasant. They explained every step of the install to me. Great experience overall! thank you
Horrid. Are you running this shop out of a garage? Go with the bigger companies where you get stock that isn’t from the manufacturer. Also horrible communication for a rush ordered product. The element burned out in less then three years. Stay away from this garbage.

The product is superior, but the customer service is non-existent. While trying to spec three heaters for a job, I could not get anyone to send me any information. The sales person I spoke to never sent any information, and when I sent the same email to the sales team I received nothing. Find a local rep for this product.
