Steve has been my hair stylist almost 19 years. He is incredibly talented, knowledgeable in his craft and one of the most of all authentic and genuine people I know. His electric personality, high quality customer service and keen eye for style and fashion puts Steve as one of Londons best stylists.
Steve gets really offended when taking feedback. He messed up on my cut and I had to tell him. Didn't even say a blaming word to him and used constructive words to tell him what I wanted. He seemed to think I was challenging his years of professional experience. Sorry buddy, but take it more humbly? And perhaps consider lowering the absurdly volume of your music so that you can hear your clients and your clients can hear you. The lovely gentleman working in this establishment is a KING. We were going to a concert last night and needed to use the powder room on our way to the venue. I almost did not make it!!!! But this lovely slay of a man let us use the customer bathroom and saved my life!!!! My bladder was going to literally explode. If I could give him a 10 star review I would!!!!!
