Called after noon today and asked for a repairman to come out to fix my gate. It opened and now wouldn't close. We had a horrible rain come through and I feared the repair guy had gotten backed up. At 4:30 he called to say he was on his way. Hooray! He quickly found the problem, fixed it and was finished by 5:00. I am so grateful that he came and was willing to stand in the rain to find & fix my gate. Thank you so very, very much for your great customer service!!
I called Electric Gates after waiting on another gate company for over a week, Jamie quickly got Robert out to fix the gate at our property! Fast Service, Dependable and Robert was awesome!! I will ONLY Be using Electric Gates from now on!! Thank you Jamie and Robert!!
