I called after receiving some pretty high bids from other companies in. I spoke with someone over the phone and she rearranged his schedule to drive to meet with me for a quote. He came in under the others which made me happy but the real value was in his attention to detail. It was clear the technicians number one priority was creating a product I would be happy with.
