EG is such a beautifully designed building, which is expected given the JRoc brand that sits behind it. More importantly, the day-to-day operations and management of this property are second to none. Rushil and the entire management team are so responsive and always make sure that everything is up to a very high standard. On EG’s website, one will see a tag line of “Grow Peacefully” - the only way for that to occur in an apartment building is through good management…and this management team more than lives up to it!

I’ve lived at EG since it opened and have truly loved it. The apartment layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed—it’s easy to move through the space, and the kitchen offers great storage and plenty of room to cook comfortably. There’s tons of natural light and a solid air purification system, which I really appreciate given Cleveland’s air quality challenges. I feel very safe here.
