I had a very good experience with The Forklift People. I contacted them regarding forklift equipment, and their team was helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. They understood what was needed, gave clear information, and provided practical solutions for the job. I appreciated their responsiveness and industry knowledge. I would recommend them to anyone looking for forklift sales, rental, service, or material-handling equipment support.
Quick to sell me a forklift. Very slow and incompetent to fix it correctly and replaced bad hydraulic hoses with used hoses that were also dry rotting and didn’t fix leaks either. Had to fix them myself. Defenitly do not recommend if you don’t want headaches and poor service and communication.
HI I,M RICH FROM WEMROCK ORCHARDS IN FREEHOLD. I LOST MY FORKLIFT GUY. AN I WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW ONE I RAN ACROSS EFR PHIL AN HIS GUYS TOOK CARE OF ME GOT MY TWO FORKLIFTS GOING A CLARK AND A YALE IT WAS NOT EASY BUT PHIL TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEMS HATS OFF TO YOU GUYS!!!!
We had a great experience with EFR/The Forklift People. Phil and his team provided exceptional service and were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and ensured our material was loaded in a safe and secured manner. I highly recommend them for any forklift service needs!
EFR has always been there for us. No waiting, no price gauging, just honest reliable work. Other companies exist but no one takes their work more seriously. I discovered them when I was using another large company who sent techs out three times without a solution. They made many changes to the machine but none solved the issue.
