The customer service is great and very knowledgable. I would recommend not stocking the temporary orange sheep fencing it is really useless. My sheep and lambs got stuck in it. I had to cut out two sheep on separate occasions, and the poor lamb that got stuck was sitting there getting zapped till i came to rescue it.
