Electric Express was contracted to us through AHS. On the date they were to arrive, they didn’t show up. The contractor was very rude, insisting that I was not home and missed my appointment. They refused to reschedule the appointment citing that I just can’t reschedule a missed appointment. I have a security system that details all of my moves and activity. It details minute by minute activity that is proof that I was indeed here all day. What a shame to blame the customer and act rudely. That is bad business.
