I have nothing but good things to say! Took such good care of my home and actually help identify the issue. So grateful for Neil! While I hope I don’t need to call an electrician anytime soon, if I do, it will be him!!!
This job is a 100 amp service upgrade and new panel upgrade. - talk to Enmax and city of Calgary all general correspondence with the city of Calgary for permit and inspection and arranging all the electrical for the passed inspection. - new mast based on the latest 2024 electrical code, new meter-base, new electrical panel. - arranging and installing the panel and installing the right bonding from the water line all the way to the panel. Neil and his team did a very good job. well done!
Neil came out on August long weekend when I had tripped a breaker but all power went out. I had tried to bring online myself but couldn't and I thought I was in a major pickle - no power on a long weekend. I tried calling several other emergency electricians - Neil was first to say he was available and could come right away. We hired Neil to replace our underground electrical service line and had a really good experience working with him. He was very patient and took the time to explain the entire process to us and walk us through the different options and possible solutions. He contacted ENMAX and worked with them to get us a reasonable price for the new service line.
