Best dryers for busy salons! Make sure to do maintenance on the motor brushes at least every 6 months to keep them running smoothly. Customer service was difficult to talk with originally but the manager, Steve was very helpful and fixed our dryer in a timely manner since it was under warranty.

Very rude customer service. I have a 6 month old dryer and they are acting like it's a huge inconvenience to even look at it or replace the motor that's out even though it's under warranty. She kept saying I could send it to them but she was argumentative about it and clearly upset that they would be responsible for the replacement. i've purchased 3 dryers in the last 2 years and all 3 have had nothing but issues. They used to be reliable, not anymore!

The customer service is outstanding, personable and easy to work with. I drove my blower up to them and they got me in and out that day. The technician was smart, helpful and great at showing and explaining the problem with my blower. They are prompt with answering the phone and getting thing taken care of as well. I felt comfortable knowing the money I spent for repairs was well spent. I think this company is fabulous and I will continue to be a loyal client.

1/10 don’t recommend. I replaced the brushes, dryer didn’t work. Sent it in because they said it was under warranty. Then they tried to charge me $115 to replace the brushes because they said that was the only issue. Even though the brushes in were brand new. Paid $500 for the dryer and also had to pay almost $100 to ship it to them to be fixed. Customer service is very hard to get ahold of and once you do they just tell you you’re out of luck while they try to take every dollar they can. Wouldn’t ship my dryer that I own an... read more
