Called Electric City Roofing October 28 to get a quote for wind damage to my soffit. They scheduled me for 2:00 on the 29th. I took !/2 a day off work to make sure I was there for them. From 1:00 Worked on some things around the house so I could waive down their guy when he showed. Nobody Showed! Called back 2:30 no answer. Called back @2:50 they said they would have their guy call me back. Their guy called me back just after 3:00, claimed he drove past the house.... Going to get more bids
My home has a very large and steep roof. When the installation began on my wasp and bat infested roof… Not to mention it had cedar shingles….began there were at least 4 guys on the job. Soon there was only 2 workers and this 2 guys worked harder than I ever want to. My roof looks great and hope they know we saw all your hard work! Thank You.
