Great gym! Super nice staff. Very clean and organized. They also have really good CrossFit equipment that not all gyms have.

Fair warning: The room is not AC'd, with opened windows instead for cooling. So depending on the time of day you go you might sweat more. Nothing too hot however. (It is heated for wintertime.) Incredible gym, has all the equipment you need, along with suggested workouts that cycle weekly. Water fountains along with a water bottle filler are there for whenever you get thirsty. A comfy couch is available if you need a breather. Wonderful energized staff will help guide you to proper workouts if you ask for help with form, etc... read more
