I was recommended to the shop and Rick by a friend. I went down for a consult set an appointment and paid a deposit. Mind you I didn't haggle the price to do a large chest piece. Then just three days before my appointment Rick messaged me and said he had an emergency (which I learned was a tattoo convention) had come up and he was so sorry but he would let me know in a few days as to when we would do my tattoo.
