We live in NI and usually buy from GB. We've had varying experiences, usually good. But this comany and especially Ben were outstanding! Ben made the buying process a joy and organised everything, once we had the car he was also very helpful and nothing was to much for him. The Nissan electric van has been everything we expected. A special mention to Tyne (delivery driver) also, friendly, punctual and professional. A highly recommended dealer.
I contacted Electric Cars UK, after not having great communication with a Main Nissan Dealer and them not listening to what I was saying. I got through to Ben who was great from beginning to end. I was a little skeptical with the whole COVID 'click and collect' set up, but having researched the company beforehand and read other reviews, I felt comfortable to continue.
