Purchased a Gem vehicle from the owner of this company Chris Nielsen. He sent pictures and details on the vehicle in advance. He then shipped us a broken down vehicle with broken windshield, rusted wheels, bald tires, and mechanical issues that didn't even slightly resemble the vehicle in the pictures he sent. He is now ignoring our attempt to contact him and resolve the issue. Fraudulent business. Fraudulent ownership. Beware!

So impressed with this company! Not only did we have a fantastic driver and fun ride home, but one person our group lost their wallet and they helped us right away. We asked the company to look in the cabs and they did without hesitation. Fortunately it was found within about 30 minutes and we were able to go pick it up then and there. The kindest guy greeted us. Thank you so much!!
