Myself from central Massachusetts and my sister from Maine met at Electric Bikes of New England in Derry to purchase a Lectric Trike. Couldn't have been treated better. Shane and his team on a busy Saturday morning took care in listening to our needs, got the trike assembled, fitted it to the user and with his team got us fully up to speed and educated on operation and use including all the important safeties. Completely ignorant and rude
Shane was amazing. He spent a lot of time with us. He educated us on e-bikes and helped us pick out bikes that were perfect for us. Looking for an e-bike I highly recommend Shane.
