Tough to get any help from the dude who seems to be in charge. They should get more help, unless they are just happy with sales walking out the door. Plenty of other places to spend my money.
Great service and experience! I ordered a Tern cargo bike through Electric Bikes of New England after testing it out through the e-bike lending library. Bike was delivered to my door, and was setup with the accessories, all went super smoothly. The technician was super helpful and guided me thru features I didn't know about! I also appreciate the great service from the Owner, Erica, throughout!

Great store. We went out of our way to visit on a trip to Maine to see a specific Specialized ebike. Shane spent the time with us to answer all our questions and provide a test ride. Good to know, NH doesn't have sales tax and is a great incentive to make the side trip.
