Very clean showroom with a wide selection of e-bikes, separated by brand. Hitch mounts, helmets, and other accessories are also on display here. If you're lost in the sauce with all of the different brands and models, the staff is knowledgeable and excited about what they do. I came here to look at a Gazelle Eclipse C380+, and the guy on the showroom floor was very knowledgeable about the bike, as well as the pros and cons against other bikes in the store.
Myself from central Massachusetts and my sister from Maine met at Electric Bikes of New England in Derry to purchase a Lectric Trike. Couldn't have been treated better. Shane and his team on a busy Saturday morning took care in listening to our needs, got the trike assembled, fitted it to the user and with his team got us fully up to speed and educated on operation and use including all the important safeties.
