This is an updated review. (April 4/25) I just had my bike tuned up. The service was done extremely fast. No repairs costs were charged unless I okayed them. Service continues to be fantastic. I also bought a heavy duty lock. They have terric accessores. I highly recommend Electric Avenue E-Bikes. I was impressed by the service and quality of the merchandise. Always willing to help. Vary kind and understanding and responds quickly. My dad has been going here for his e bike needs for a long time. Always a clean and organized place to go to with many on hand options to choose from. Highly highly recommend!!! Anything that goes wrong with the bike the mechanic is always willing to look at it and help fix the problem or provides service to do the repair right in the store. Quick and kind o recommend
Wow!! Amazing experience. I'm sure they are by appointment only in the off-season. I made an appointment and it was great. They opened the shop just for me and I had one on one one service. I was able to ask all the questions and get the answers I needed. Old school customer service. I love it and I love my new ebike.
