I came into the store to see if they could help me with the backup camera in my Ford C-max. We are full-time RVers and usually not in any area long enough to find someone that could fix our issue. After speaking with the owner/manager, he confidently told me that most likely it was the camera unit and not a software or wiring issue. They do good work but they are extremely Taxed with labor quoted me $119 an hour for LED lights 😂
I did my shopping for the best deal on a full system. I visited a few places. Everyone lowballed a quote and started adding "Stuff I needed" or "We strongly recommend this" to jack up the price. My grandson suggested I check these guys out. I walked in on a Saturday after 12, told them what I wanted, and what my budget was. I was able to get what I wanted, with an upgrade, installed under budget!! They didn't try and upsell me and were very helpful in determining what would be best. Expensive, and very hard nosed about.
After talking to the owner Musah, and what I wanted to get out of adding to my car stereo, I bought what was recommended to me. I called later that day to set up an appointment for the following day. I got an excellent service from the installer Saul, and he was done with the installation within an hour. He explained to me on what he did and showed a few things on my stereo on how my speakers would sound. These guys know what they are doing I would go there again for my next install.
