I went to several places to get my Escalade Cue screen replaced and said they couldn't do it. These cars ordered and replaced it with in 2 hrs . Great work good customer service all around good experience
I came into the store to see if they could help me with the backup camera in my Ford C-max. We are full-time RVers and usually not in any area long enough to find someone that could fix our issue. After speaking with the owner/manager, he confidently told me that most likely it was the camera unit and not a software or wiring issue. They do good work but they are extremely Taxed with labor quoted me $119 an hour for LED lights 😂
I did my shopping for the best deal on a full system. I visited a few places. Everyone lowballed a quote and started adding "Stuff I needed" or "We strongly recommend this" to jack up the price. My grandson suggested I check these guys out. I walked in on a Saturday after 12, told them what I wanted, and what my budget was. I was able to get what I wanted, with an upgrade, installed under budget!! They didn't try and upsell me and were very helpful in determining what would be best.
