Thanks Tom!! Two years ago, I happened to see an advertisement for installing an APU. I looked at the comments and decided to go to Tom. He welcomed me very professionally and politely. I installed the APU and used it for two years without any problem, I am very satisfied with the quality of the device. I went with the full hv/ac system and am pleased with both the system and service provided. Tom was attentive and accessible throughout the entire process.
Tom with APU electric did a fantastic job installing an Espar regular gas heater in my self converted ram promaster. His work was neat and tidy. He recommended me a better spot to place the thermostat than where I had originally thought of. The heater worked great through last winter and so far through this one 🤞. He even gave me a courtesy call prior to the start of this winter to make sure everything has been working soundly. Tom has been amazing to deal with. He put the air conditioner in for me almost 2 years ago and it’s been the best electric air conditioner. I’ve had since 07 I just added the diesel fired heater for the coolant and if you add that you’ll never have a cold start again it’s an amazing product. I’ve been in the trucking industry for 50 years and TOM has been one of the best people I have dealt with in that entire time, extremely honest and committed to doing the best job!
