I called and spoke with Chip about a piece I thought I needed for my stove. Based on the information I provided, he let me know I didn’t actually need that part and took the time to educate me on what I really needed instead. When I came in, he confirmed I could do the repair myself and gave me clear instructions on the parts and tools required. He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I would definitely come back again.
