Recently had the Electric Air team install a Midea heat pump. Ultimately very happy with the results but it was a bit of a puzzle along the way. My attic space is quite tight and the initial, brand new, outdoor unit was throwing error codes and not working. But the crew was able to quickly get an alternate unit which was working as expected. We had a great experience working with Electric Air and would gladly recommend them. When our gas furnace failed in winter 2025, QuitCarbon connected us with Electric Air, and they came out the same day. They quickly provided a proposal and worked with us on GoGreen loan financing. They also coordinated with QuitCarbon to confirm the scope of work and rebate eligibility. The team made sure we had heat during the winter—even offering space heaters before installation. Connected with this team to get a unit installed, had to go with another team due to existing relationship but really admired Electric Air. Prompt and clear communication, very helpful even after not working with them to answer technical questions and helpful resources when our team hit a roadblock. Highly recommend them! Need more businesses like these out in the bay area, they are a gem!!
