The first floor, north side of my house was under-heated in the winter, and after living with it for years, we finally decided to do something about it. Working with Electric Air to purchase and install our new heat pump was as good as it gets. I can't recommend them highly enough. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and collaborative. Roman and Michael headed the installation team, which had up to 5 people here because we also had them re-seal and insulate our existing 50 year old ducting. Great team working together and courteous and thoughtful to the house occupants while working diligently and thoughtful to details with great clean up afterward. Truly "A Team"! Highly recommended!
