They get one star because zero wasnt an option. TERRIBLE customer service. Been calling for days. NO answer, I sent a unit for repair, with a check for $500. Been two weeks, no response. Oh, and I had to pay return shipping. Absolutely pathetic. And this is a company Hyundai endorses to use for repairs. I will do my best to remedy that.
