I made arrangements to have these guys come out and take a look at our wiring and give us an estimate on what it would take to do (I waited 3 weeks for the appointment just to have them come take a look). He gave me a ballpark verbally and then, his name being Jeff, said he would be sending me a formal estimate and their scheduling person would be in touch.
