Let me start off by stating that the company itself is great to work for. Great hrs great staff and it's a family oriented business. What I've encountered is the amount of brown nosing on both shifts. Some of the male leads make deragotory and unpleasant comments when referring to a female worker. I myself witnessed and heard some LEADS wanting to throw under the buss the supervisor so SHE can look bad so they can take there position.
