Terrible Service I had to reschedule so many different times due to them only having one technician ,I took off work several times waiting on someone with no luck. I called customer service to see what else could be done they were very rude and talked over every time I started talking. They finally came out to fix my washer and now 2weeks later and the same problem is still happening . Terrible service We paid for an extended warranty. Were told the the repairman would be there between noon-5 pm. 5:30 pm came and we received a phone call saying they were going to be late and arriving 6:30-7pm. Repair man showed at 7:30pm and after looking at the washer for 5 mins said parts had to be ordered and it will take 8-10 business days to get them in. Thats the first day of work I took off lost. We get a call approx 2 weeks later stating that the parts came in they will schedule my appointment 5 business days later... read more
