I normally avoid reviewing Australian businesses, as I prefer to support local operators and their employees. However, the level of service delivered by this elevator contractor has been unacceptable and deserves to be highlighted. Moved in six months ago to an apartment building in Wollstonecraft where they have a lift. Their lift has broken down no less than fifteen times since I moved here. Walking with groceries several times to the eighth floor is a joke. How it can't be fixed over six months is beyond me. How is this customer service???

My partner dropped his keys down the gap between our lift and the floor - Electra were super speedy sending out a technician to fetch them for us. Unfortunately didn’t get the name of the first lady I spoke to who was very helpful and understanding - I then spoke to Sabrina who was equally great and our technician (also didn’t get his name - sorry!) was also speedy, helpful and friendly. Thanks for a seamless service!
