After a lift with their number on it broke down, AND THE EMERGENCY PHONE WAS BROKEM we called their emergency lineand they refused to help since "it wasn't their responsibility anymore" (no one update the signs in the lift though)
We moved into our apartment in Gordon a bit over a year ago and when we did move in the lift was quite loud, and the months following it became louder and louder until it stopped working. The first time Electra Lift had to repair the lift it took a few weeks to complete, and the lift was back up and operating.
