I'm the chairman of two strata committees and we have the lifts in both our buildings maintained by Electra Lifts. I've been involved in working with them for over 16 years and can sincerely say in that time we've had a great relationship. The lifts in both building aren't getting any younger and Electra have been great to work with helping us upgrade components progressively overtime when necessary, and seamlessly working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly otherwise. Lifts at zam zam village still hasn’t been repaired and it seems this company does not care about the issue been fixed it is very difficult for anyone with heavy shopping ,wheel chair
