WOW if you need to relax book with Erin Ballanyne! I am in such a blissed out state after our appointment, she was so mindful of my tender spots and I just melted on her table. Couldn't recommend her enough <3 -Update: saw Jackson for chiro, I had back pain that was very stubborn and stood up after 15 minutes to feel amazing. Really cool variance of techniques, got to try cold laser for the first time!
