I have visited this clinic 14 times since 2023, but the last two experiences made me put this place on my blacklist. I don’t understand why, since July, the clinic no longer provides receipts immediately after the treatment. Instead, there is always a delay of at least half a day. This causes a big inconvenience for me, since I also need to submit the receipt to another insurance company. I have always had good experiences at Electra until last December I had a massage with Igor Tatarnikov. He made comments about my breasts, asked if they were natural, massaged them (I went in with complaints about my shoulder), shook them vigorously and overall made me incredibly uncomfortable. He was reported to the College of Complimentary Health Professionals of BC and I spoke with Mark the owner of Electra. Somehow he is still employed there. Hard location to depend on. Unreliable therapists, constant rotation and last minute changes of appointments making reliable healthcare unpredictable. Would recommend a more stable location unless you have a consistent practitioner here you can rely on. Not a great spot for new people looking for new practitioners.
I just had a Glow Facial with Jessie and it was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, asked all the right questions, and even gave me great suggestions to improve my regular skincare routine. Jessie created a plan to address my specific concerns, and I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for expert, personalized facial treatments.
