we called electra to service our ac they came within an hour and the price was more than fair thanks electra we will recommend you.
First, they cancelled or changed our appointment three times. Finally, were supposed to come between 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. Ten o'clock came and went, no one came, no phone call until 10:30, saying the "tech" would be late. My husband said, "He's already late." Was supposed to be there within 20 minutes. Half an hour later, another phone call. He'll be there in 15 minutes. Another half an hour, he finally shows up. What a scam.
