Dhruv and Anna you better reply to my emails and Msgs. Been ghosting my from past 1 month. This is frustrating.
Good overall and has definitely helped me in the past. But recently I was working with them with some new applications, Dhruv and the team ghosted me halfway. Followed up for weeks and months, still no reply or updates. Just total MIA. I will most likely be missing the deadline now. Very unprofessional
