Very happy, highly recommended. I called late on a Friday afternoon, they came an hour later and quickly diagnosed the problem. The following Monday, they ran a new line underground and connected everything, we were back up with power by dimmer time.
No called no showed to two different quotes then finally randomly showed up saying “I was in the area” spent all of 30 seconds giving a quote to have him disappear for weeks again. No response for two and a half weeks to get a text at 6:30pm saying “Hey we can do that panel thing in the barn tomorrow morning if you want just had a cancellation “. I try to be understanding and give people the benefit of the doubt but this is far from professional.
I called ElecTech to check and see if I could get an estimate on doing some work for my parents. He told me he would be there Thursday at 3 and would let me know if anything changed. He did not show up or call. I called him and was sent to voicemail at 4pm and left a voicemail. Its now Saturday and still nothing. I never leave reviews but i think people need to at least call and let us know if they are not coming.
We where mad at first appointment No show not even a phone call.. They had a emergency and no cell access they took care of the lights. And we're Great! Life happens and people are humans they made up for the day. And are forgiven. We would certainly call them again.
