This is one of the finest companies on the planet that creates ham/amateur radio equipment. They have a series of products that have miniaturized the devices to put an enormous amount of the radio spectrum at the control of an operator. These are spectacular units. The company and it's employees are wonderful. Customer service is exceptional.
have been doing business with elecraft for the past couple of months. everything has gone well until last week when a very unproffessional woman answered my call by the name of sofia. extremely rude with the desire to not assist me. because of her i am taking my business elsewhere. elecraft, keep hiring people like sofia and you will surely go out of business.
