I had an appointment scheduled for 10 A.M. on 1/23/26 for the installation of 2 items. From 10 to 11 A.M., I called twice, left 2 messages, and sent a text message about the appointment time since no one had shown up. No one has contacted me the entire day to give me any information on what happened this morning. This is absolutely unprofessional on their part, and I am extremely disappointed with this company, given their high ratings.
Elecon was easy to schedule. The professionalism and care to install my security system was seamless. They took their time to ensure it was what I wanted and always elaborated if I didn’t understand. Last minute I decided I wanted a new receptacle to hide my TV cables and they were able to do it on their visit. They understood how to aesthetically and functionally install the receptacle and NVR. I’m so happy we chose Elecon. I will definitely be using them in the future!
Shawn did a fantastic job. He took his time even though electric had been off throughout the city and electricians were all busy, he made sure the job was done correctly. Thank you.
Easy to work with and done on time! Would highly recommend.
