Good old fashioned Aussie customer service! I was having issues with the Bluetooth (brakes still operated perfectly - it just wasn’t showing in the app) outside of the warranty period and Elecbrakes offered to test the unit for free. When they found the fault, they replaced the unit free of charge and express posted it back to me. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

EB2 is a great product with excellent product support. Easy to set up and install and the app makes it easy to configure the system for different towing situations - I tow a car float and you can set up profiles for both a loaded or unloaded trailer. Also love the fact that you don't need to modify the tow vehicle, no drilling holes to mount a brake controller under the dash and run or extra wiring.
