After an initial phone call, someone came out to look at the job within the week. I then received a quote a few days later which was by far the best price I’d had. The job was then started a week later and the chap that did the install was excellent! Really nice guy, clean, tidy and really helpful. I had a really good experience and would 100% use these guys again
