Quick service and a good experience
Needed a GIF installed, by my sink in my master bathroom. On time and went without issue. Price was fair and customer service was on point.
this is a typical "bait and switch" company. they have "free estimates" at least 3 places on their home page but when you call to make an appointment for a free estimate, they use some sort of fast talk and have you go through everything until they ask you for a credit card! the fast talk was some confusing wording used to avoid saying that the estimate is NOT free, in fact it "starts" at $60. so not only do you not know if you can afford their services, you don't even know how much the estimate will actually cost. if they a... read more
They were quick to send me a quote and some guys were sent over the next morning. I wanted some light fixtures to be fixed and they did an incredible job. Very professional with these guys. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone
We had some flickering lights in our home. BGE determined that the outside lines were not the problem so we called Elec Pros to come out and see where the issue might be. The appointment was for 12:30, but they were a no call/no show. I called they're supposedly 24/7 number at 1:00 to find out what was going on, only to get they're voice mail service instead.
